Richard was the Project Manager for the fit-out of our new offices in Manchester. Our relocation to this listed building was set against a very challenging timescale, but we were delighted that the project was completed ahead of programme and within budget.  This was in no small part due to the excellent and attentive service provided by Richard throughout the project.

Richard Pearse and his team provided extremely professional valuable advice and support which guided us through a very difficult situation. Ultimately we relocated to a new site however Richard’s advice and guidance was absolutely invaluable in reducing our costs and negotiating an acceptable outcome.
