Senior Engineer / Associate Director, Manchester

We are trusted by many commercial and private clients, including some of the world’s largest companies, and are active in all sectors nationally. We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to be based in our Manchester Office.
The Role
The role will include undertaking acquisition, dilapidations and maintenance surveys on all types of building services within commercial properties including offices, shopping centres, retail and industrial units. Additionally, the successful engineer will work closely with our projects team to provide feasibility advice, project monitoring and specifications for refurbishment and fit-out projects. Excellent report writing and communication skills are required and the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues is essential.
Skill Requirements:
- Electrical Distribution
- Air Conditioning Systems, including VRV, VAV, Chilled Water Systems
- Heating
- Controls and BMS
- Fire Alarms, Security and Access Systems
- Lifts (as far as expected from an M&E point of view)
Qualifications
Our emphasis is on relevant experience and finding the right person to fit into our company, however, one or more of the following would be an advantage:
- Related degree
- CIBSE qualification
- Relevant City and Guilds qualifications
