INTEGA proved to be invaluable in finalising the construction contract, during the build and subsequently in dealing with project closure complications. Without their expert knowledge of building procedures, specific finish details and the ongoing monitoring of the contractor in line with the programme and specification the finished project and timings would have been compromised as a number of challenges were experienced which would not have been envisaged by us during the term of the project. Richard was the Project Manager for the fit-out of our new offices in Manchester. Our relocation to this listed building was set against a very challenging timescale, but we were delighted that the project was completed ahead of programme and within budget.  This was in no small part due to the excellent and attentive service provided by Richard throughout the project.
