As Principal Designer under CDM 2015, INTEGA coordinates health and safety during the pre-construction phase to ensure that foreseeable risks are identified and managed.

We take a pragmatic, risk-led approach, avoiding bureaucracy while ensuring legal compliance and safer project outcomes.
On Projects where we are lead designers, such as for refurbishment and repair projects, INTEGA is fully competent to act as Principal Designer for Building Regulations under the Building Safety Act. This role ensures design compliance and that the building meets functional requirements of the regulations through the entire design and construction process.
